We have recently included the new Education Scotland logo on our website. The logo has been specifically designed for private educational establishments who have been successfully inspected under the new Education oversight arrangements of Education Scotland.

We are very pleased to announce that we are now licensed again to accept students under the Tier 4 points based student visa system.
We hope to welcome many more students from outside the European Economic Area for academic year courses.

9th April 2013

We are very pleased to say that we have recently passed inspections by the British Council and Education Scotland.

The new educational oversight by Education Scotland is particularly important to us as the inspection focussed heavily on Teaching and Learning; areas we feel are the most important in any school.

We are also pleased to say that since our last news update we are now an official SQA centre. We have already successfuly run a SQA Intermediate 1 exam course which all of our students passed.

We had a very busy summer this year. As a result, we are also happy to say that we now have a working relationship with the Palmerston Trust who provide us with extra rooms just across the road from our school. This will enable us to increase capacity next year and for our students to benefit from larger premises.

An update of the list of countries from where our English Language students have come from includes a few more entries.

So, the list now includes:

China, Japan, Malaysia, Germany, Turkey, Italy, Switzerland, France, Ukraine, Russia, Austria, India, Spain, Lithuania, Thailand, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Kyrgyzstan, Colombia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Lebanon, Syria, Brazil, Hungary, The Czech Republic, Morocco, South Korea, Iran, Kazakhstan, Peru, Argentina, Albania, Latvia, Finland, Georgia, Romania, Senegal, Mali, Malawi, Azerbaijan, Chile, Iraq, Pakistan, Greece, Algeria, Slovakia, Oman, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Ecuador, Mongolia, Croatia, Belgium, Egypt and Bangladesh. (That's 50 countries!)

As always, we would like to say a huge thank you to all the sudents who have chosen to study in our school. We pride ourselves on our friendly, relaxed approach and we very much hope you return to us one day even if just to say hello.
